Alison, I love the magazine back-to-front one and completely agree about Thanksgiving. I would love Christmas so much more if it didn’t involve all the hoopla…I know, bah humbug. Christmas is so spiritually significant, I never want to lose that. But Christmas music in early November? Yeah, I can easily lose THAT.

Well, my mom gets the gold star. She knows that I didn’t exactly run away from home; my journey came from my independent streak…but that’s another story for another time, perhaps.

As for gripping the choir chair, I was sick!! I reasoned that was more subtle than careening over the sopranos. …Less funny, but more subtle.

I am going to go with #2. I have to read sentences from forward to backward. Going backward gets my already feeble brain even more tired – and I get nothing out of it. So I think that (from a literal sense) that #2 could only be partially true.

Is #6 the partially true one? I’m with you completely about Texas Independence Day. Newspapers are my back-to-front reading matter. Could we share a backward gene?
